Payment
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. Payment for retail products is required at the time of placing your order.
Payment can be made by cash, card or transfer.
Kayla understands that from time to time things crop up and clients may need to reschedule or cancel their appointments. In this event please provide as much notice as possible so the appointment can be given to another client.

Should less than 24 hours notice be given, a fee may be charged to cover losses.

Barring an emergency, if a client fails to attend without notice, the full fee will be charged.

During busy periods, such as the lead up to Christmas, unestablished clients will be asked to pay a deposit to secure their appointment.
